A superb pot Dianthus that is also great for garden beds, Super Trouper Magenta White is an upright selection that produces highly fragrant, fully double, gorgeous magenta pink with white edged blooms in spring and off and on throughout the season. It is an exceptional addition to any pink or white blooming garden and perfect to add some varying foliage for landscape with its blue-grey foliage. It also provides an excellent cut flower for bouquets! This one is cold hardy to USDA Zone 6a (-15 degrees F).

An upright grower to 10 inches tall and about a 8-12 inches wide, SuperTrouper Magenta White Dianthus is ideal for use as an accent or grouping in smaller garden spaces or as a border along paths and walkways or surrounding patios or garden beds. A fine addition to fragrance gardens, cut flower gardens, cottage gardens, sunny perennial gardens and pink or white theme gardens.

Growing Preferences
Dianthus are very easy to grow in most any moist to somewhat dry well-drained soil of average to low fertility and full to mostly sun. Some shade is tolerated however flowering will be diminished in too much shade. We suggest at least 5 hours of direct sunlight for best flowering and overall performance. Plant with the top of the root ball even with ground level. Care and maintenance are minimal. Spent flowers can be deadheaded. Feed in spring with an organic plant food.
